What a voice! And most of the audience wanted to laugh her off the stage before she even had a chance to sing a single note. Well, nobody's laughing now :-)
It's well proven that pretty gets treated better. And some of the prettiest can have the biggest problems. I've met some. But, that's the way people are wired to act. So if you aren't pretty, you better be extraordinary in some other way, and she is.
